How does Pricing and Payment work?
The Promising Touch services can be purchased a la carte or as a packaged experience. Experiences offer Weekly , Bi-Weekly and Monthly recurring payment options depending on the experience purchased. All experiences are billed on an hourly rate based discussed during the innovation call. A deposit of 50% is due before any work will be initiated, the remainder will be due at time of completion.
Do you offer in-person services?
Unfortunately, Not Yet! Our team will continue to monitor the spread of Covid-19. The Promising Touch team is eager to offer in-person experiences but want to ensure all parties safety.
Can my assistant do design, video, or audio work?
Depending on the nature of the request The Promising Touch team may need to outsource the task. Our team will research and vet perspective freelancers/companies and provide you with a list of recommendations. Once our team receives approval The Promising Touch will take the project manager stance in the project. We will check in weekly with project updates.
Do my hours roll over?
Unfortunately, hours do not roll over. The Promising Touch team will utilize a tracking system to keep record of time worked. In the event our team completes all assignments before your time expires, your assistant will notify you and request more work. It will be the clients responsibility to provide more work to utilize the full experience. Absolutely No Refunds!
